- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — ABA Therapy $85,000–$115,000/yr + Monthly Bonuses | Full-Time, 40 hrs/wk | Monday–Friday | No Evenings, Weekends, or Travel ANNA Autism Care is seeking an experienced, mission-driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinician-led team.

- Key Responsibilities: Assessment & Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, play-based treatment plans grounded in NDBI strategies for children ages 18 months to 6 years.
- Supervise & Mentor: Lead and mentor a team of 5 - 6 Behavior Therapists through weekly individual and group supervision, building confident and skilled practitioners.
- Family Partnership: Implement a structured, curriculum-based parent training model which helps families learn NDBI strategies to practice and use at home.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor client progress through ongoing data collection and analysis, adjusting treatment plans proactively to drive meaningful milestones.
- Collaborative Care: Work closely with fellow BCBAs and report to a Clinical Director who is invested in both your growth and the quality of care delivered.
- Clinical Growth: Contribute to a culture of continuous learning by integrating current research and best practices in Autism and ABA therapy.
Qualifications
BCBA certification (required). Experience delivering ABA therapy to young, Autistic children, preferably under age 6. NDBI experience preferred (ESDM, PRT, and/or JASPER). Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming, evidence-based practice. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
