Job description

  • Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Durham, NC clinic. This position is ideal for an SLP who values collaboration, evidence-based practice, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact working with a pediatric population. The SLP will work as part of an interdisciplinary clinical team supporting children with speech, language, and social communication needs, including many diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct speech and language evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy services in a clinic-based setting
  • Collaborate with ABA and clinical teams
  • Document services and client progress
  • Communicate effectively with caregivers and team members
  • Participate in interdisciplinary care planning

Compensation • Full-time salaried position

  • $75,000 – $85,000 per year (based on experience)

Requirements

  • Education & Licensure
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Active or eligible North Carolina SLP license required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates may be considered
  • Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
  • Experience with autism or developmental delays preferred
